Manufacturing Test Manager
Citrix Corporation Application Networking Group is looking for the next Manufacturing Test Manager
Hands on experience in new product introductions from concept stage to production release.
Work on creating and implementing manufacturing and test programs and procedures for high volume production.
During product development, will work closely with design engineers to implement design-for-test (DFT), design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and built-in-test (BIT) strategies then lead the manufacturing test development efforts to include test hardware (fixture) & software requirements.
Plan factory test capability and capacity including ICT, board-level and sub system-level functional tests.
Act as a liaison between engineering, PCB fab subcontractors, and board assembly contract manufacturers on all the test issues.
Ensure all board assemblies meet functional test specification and quality standards.
Plan and procure appropriate test equipment.
May assist in failure analysis of engineering prototypes as well as production test and debug activities.
Provides training on new procedures to production testing staff.
Design & develop test procedure to be used from product design phase through ongoing production.
Qualifications and Requirements
BS/MS Degree in EE, or CS.
10 to 15+ years of test engineering experiences in developing test process for networking products preferably with hands on experience in the application switching and acceleration products.
Strong analog/digital knowledge and the ability to use CAD/CAM software tools (Orcad capture, GerberViewer, ACAD etc.) is a plus.
Experienced in electrical & mechanical design from schematic capture to PCB layout.
Must be able to demonstrate initiative, creativity and excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
Excellent project management, communication and teamwork skills.
Experienced in managing and dealing with contract manufacturers and system integrators.
