view as website after installing the project in the server
How to view as website after installing the project in the server
As mine was 2005 Asp.Net website i found out the setup steps today and I created the setup.
Now I have also installed the and I am able to view in the controlpanel in the add or remove program.
But I do not know to see it as a website please tell me how to view it as a website.

In what location (file path) on the server did you install your application? Did you install it to a folder under c:\inetpub\wwwroot? Did you (or your setup program) create a virtual directory?

I created the virtual directory in the c:\inetpub\wwwroot as u told me .
I created the virtual directory as websitesetup and then installed in it the stockvendorsetup i created .
Then I gave in the firefox as
http://localhost/stockvendorsetup/stockvendor.aspx
stockvendor.aspx this is the first page of my website
firefox gives page cannot be displayed
soon tell me how to run the webapplication after creating a setup and instaling in the server.
