uploading file using html server control

    hi,

i am try to upload a file in a aspx page. i am using html server control: <input type=file runat=server/> to do this. it works fine except for one thing, the html control has a built-in browse button associated with it that has the text "Browse" on it. is there a way to customize the text? i am trying to write the page for chinese users, some of whom may not know what "Browse" mean.

    thanks,

I don't know of any way to customize the text on the file upload control's Browse button. It should, however, automatically localize to the user's culture. Have you tried setting your Windows and/or IE language to Chinese before visiting the page?
