    Help with interfaces

Hi, im relatively new with java and was wondering if anyone could give me some help with how to make 2 things:
A: A simple box with 5 numbers, with buttons to raise or lower the corrosponding number by x when pressed. (Figured it out XD)
B: A box with an arrow in it that could be moved or turned using the arrow keys.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, sorry i couldnt be more specific.
