Need small urgent help

this applet http://javaboutique.internet.com/Viewer/ it is called Image Viewer, i have it installed and it works except all the imegaes are dead, i dont know where to store them so they are picked up and working, also how do u make a button to the aplet, whoever made this thing should have included some instructions ;p
