A problem with winsock control

I have a problem I need to create an application using winsock control and I would like to know if is posible to send the same message to diferent clients at the same time. I get the diferents connections with the clients but when the message arrives at the second client the first loose the reception.

Is this for like a global message or something ?
Such as in a game.

I would take a look at a multi client messenger source, I have seen one or two on this sites sourcebank
