Question Help - GridView Paging Not Working

Help! I am losing more hair than I could afford to lose!!

I am new to ASP.NET and I am trying to get a handle on this GridView thing. Here is what I am trying to do.

User goes to this page and is allowed to search for employees based on LastName, Location or Employee Number. Users have to make a Radio Button selection on what they want to search by (LastName, Location, Employee No) and enter the criteria in a textbox and hit search.

Everything works like a charm until I try to page through the receords. I get the message "No Recs" like it try to refresh the entire page.

It's probably something simple that I am missing but I this is driving me crazy.

I don't get an error message but it looks like the page has re-posted since I get the "No Recs" message.

Thanks in advance for your help
    Joe
