Why DataList1.ItemCommand event handler is not filed?

I created a DataList and added a button control in Item Templates. At the CommandName property, I typed Expand. When I ran the webform and clicked the button, it supposed to file the DataList1.ItemCommand event handler, but it wasn't filed. I did research on the internet, but has not been resolved. I have been stuck with the problem for a while. What did I miss?

    Thanks.
