Hello,

I know for a fact Windows XP can receive notification messages/message balloons
from a remote computer. I was wondering how I could create message balloons
on the local computer along with how could I send a notification message
to a remote computer (in Visual Basic.NET Windows and Web applications).
There have been no code samples on msdn/psdk along with Visual Studio.NET
beta 2 msdn library. If anyone knows, please let me know.
