Saving the Graphics Class into an Image?????

Does anyone know how to save an image from the graphics object to a file?
I have been trying to figure this out for several days now and I know its
got to be something simple.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try converting the graphics to an Image or Bitmap object? Both of
these have Save methods.
