Our client is looking for a leading Senior J2EE Developer who has aspirations to become an Architect in the near future. Initially working with the Senior Architect/s this role will encompass 70% Development and 30% Architecture. Our client has an excellent career development program in place and is looking for an individual who will be willing to take the step into a fully fledged Architecture role in as little as 18 months. Initially in your role you will be working with a team responsible for designing and developing a complete application.

To be successful at this role you must possess the following qualities.


5+ Years of recent J2EE development experience and/or suitable Object Orientated Design Experience

Experience using a variety of java technologies and open source frameworks

Excellent communication and presentation

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline


Our client will also highly regard the following qualities:


Financial Service industry background

Relevant training in a finance discipline

Previous experience leading a team of developers
