How do I keep my root URL when browsing
How can I make the address bar display my root URL always and don't display the subfolders or sub pages.
For example:
My root URL is http://www.mydomain.com/
and if I access it and go to my pics page the url would be like this
http://www.mydomain.com/pics.html
But the thing is I want to display in the address bar only and always this:
http://www.mydomain.com/

Well, this is a little sneaky, but you could build your site using <FRAMES> and only have a single frame. I think this will keep your root URL in the address bar when various pages are loaded into the frame. The downside is that if someone wants to bookmark a particular page within your site, they won't be able to do it (easily).

Yes, I agree with solution of Frames as suggested by "bschaettle".
But why do you want to this? This is not a recommended a user friendly way of making your site.
