    custom webcontrol problem

Hi , I created a simple little navigation bar webcontrol with three link buttons and a picture all done in Visual Studio 05. Now for some reason when I click and drag it over to some page, its always at the top left corner and cant be moved at all, you cant click and drag it somehwere else on the page, nor can I put it in a table cell (I can put the code in the TD tags but visually its still at top left corner) . Anyone know how I can resolve this ?I'm pretty sure I didnt set something up with the control's properties but not sure .
