Question Sockets? How in VB.net Winsock is broken

Hey guys it has been a while since I have posted here. I have been searching for a example on how to use "System.Net.Sockets" to allow many clients to connect at once, I would prefer a CMD Line App for the server(allowing more then 1 client on at once is a must), and windowed app for client. Unfortunately no Winsock in vb.net

I am sure there is something out there
