I am trying to save ASPX pages with Chinese characters in them.

in HTML and ASP its easy I chuck in a meta tag and tick save with encoding
in visual studio .net

However whenever I try to save a ASPX page the encoding is screwed up.

How do I set the encoding in my aspx page to use GB2312
