    .NET help


    Hi,

    I'm looking for a good tutorial on dot net technology. Basically, I'm looking
    to do an interesting semester project related to .NET components (mebbe building
    a web service) and need to know whether the learning curve for .NET is too
    steep to be able to do something useful with it in 4 mths. I don't know XML
    or C# either. Anyone have any helpful tips? How should I got about this?

    No. Four months is definitely long enough to build a fairly complex project
    with .NET, even starting completely from scratch. There are a huge number of
    resources available to show you how to build simple Web services.
