    AJAX as a web-browser?

I am pretty new to AJAX. Would it be possible to implement a web-based browser in AJAX? Do any already exist? I found one, Gollum, that is wikipedia based only.

I'd like to use AJAX to create a browser within a browser. For example, start mozilla up, and point it to www.mydomain.com. Inside my page I'd like to load up starndard browser features (back forward address bar etc) and allow the user to browse the web through my site, without changing the address their standard browser points to.
