    Logfile.xml

    we are using .NET framework for our company website, there is a file [logfile.xml] in the wwwroot folder of the server, anyone has any idea how this file
    is created, is it thru IIS?

    IIS should not create any files in your application's folder. Is it possible your code is creating it?
