how can i maintain image when users uplaod their profile photo though photo is small or big.?

What do you mean by that question?
If someone submits 300 X 300 you want it to be example 100 X 100 ?
And if a person submits 50 X 50, you want it to be 100 X 100?
Please clarify

actually in my application i make image size fixed 100*100 though image of any size.if i m not dng tht then if user uplaod image though it is small thn it doesnt matter but if it is big then it wl get over on other design...
so wht i shold do ?
in orkut or any social networking site u wl see when u upload your photo they wl accept though it is smal or big. and it looks good.
but when i make image 100*100 ,image got stratched and not looks good as it in real ...
so u know anythng abt expect ratio of image?
