Checking System Hardware(gfx/Ram/etc.)
Need to be able to check the ram and gfx card among other things on people computers using a java applet. I don't really have the flexibility to switch to another programming language and need to do this... I have seen sites like yougamers.com and www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest do it so I know it's possible, they had to install have you install or add something to your computer but it was done. Can anyone help? Help would be really appreciated!

That's alright, helps me get how many bytes, but I also need to get the gfx card and how much ram they have too, it's essential, at worst if no one is able to figure it out I can just prompt the user to tell me but this way is much more efficient and cooler.

I found this possibility for getting RAM.
I'm not familiar with grx cards and I couldn't find anything on Goggle for this.
