    Hi Bhavin,

Check the width of each column ( you are using in Insert statement w.r.t

values (i.e variables) width). Are u using diff. database environment (Database
    Links) ?
    check and try once again

I got the Oracle error message 'End of TNS data channel' when trying to query over a database link. The problem turned out to be that the link was created using the 'connect to current_user' clause, which implies that the user must be a global user defined in LDAP, which wasn't the case.

Recreating the link without the current_user clause (instead using the default of connected user) solved the problem.
