    Hi what exactly do u mean?? when you try launching the report from your vb application or when you are creating a new report in Crystal report?? if its launching the report from the application, the following will open the ODBC and launch ur report... make sure you created ODBC connection..

    Dim RepConStr As String

    Screen.MousePointer = 11
    RepConStr = "Provider=ORAOLEDB.ORACLE.1; DataSource=" & sTrDSource & "; User ID=" & strUserName & "; Pwd=" & strPwd & ";"
    CrystalReport1.Connect = RepConStr
    CrystalReport1.ReportFileName = App.Path & "\Reports\Sacco\Fosa\FBankstG.rpt"
    CrystalReport1.Destination = crptToWindow
    CrystalReport1.Action = 1
    Screen.MousePointer = 0
