Translation of DB2 header files for data access to Delphi.

I wonder if anyone knows where there are translations of the .h header files
of the DB2 native API's (CLI) into the Delphi object PASCAL. I need to do
some simple bare bones data access work with dynamic SQL, transactions, etc.
