    VB6 joining forces with C++

    Hello every body, im a Vb6 user whose uses to develope applications that often need the streghts of c++, for example operations with bitmap byte arrays. which are very very slow on vb6.

    i been told that many many times that vb6 its bad for low lvl programming such as controliing memory etc.

    so im planning to create dlls in c++, for being called from vb its this factible?

    will it lose speed on linking process to the vb? or would it run just like a fully application made on c++??.

    i would appreciate if someone would give me some link to some manual of creating/liking dlls from c++ to vb6.
