    Smile Attach Files To Forms

    Thank you very much for your help guys. Im working it up. There's 1 more thing, i want to attach (lets say JPEG files) on my form. In a way, that after attaching, it should appear on form. The form will also have other info(Like name, address etc.) which a user can enter by fields. Then, when it appears on the form, i also want to print it. Can anyone help? i will be grateful if someone provides the code for that. Thanx Again!
