I have a problem with the JNDI look up even after providing all the resourse details in the server.xml and the context.xml it does not work in eclipse.

but it works fine when run normally. but does not work in the IDE.
should i have to make changes in the server.xml in the eclipse server folder. to get it working i dint try it cause dint want to waste more time.
