I need ideas!
Hello everybody!
In school we have began learning how to use VB and we need to hand in a big project in a few weeks. I can't think of anything to do so I need your guys help. I have some basic programing skills but not that much and I use VB 2008 express. Everybody else in the class is doing little trivia games but I thought that was kind of lane and I wanted to be different. If you have any thoughts at all, please let me know.
Thanks in advance, Juice

Welcome to DevX
The first thing you should probably learn is that VB.NET 2008 is not Classic VB. Classic VB is VB6 and Earlier. With that in mind, I've moved your thread to the proper .NET section.
These types of questions come by every now and again, and I never know how to respond to them. What do you like to do? Do you have any hobbies that writing some kind of program would help you in some way?
I don't answer coding questions via PM or Email. Please post a thread in the appropriate forum section.
Please use
your code goes in here
tags when posting code.

Hack's suggestion is very good. Find something your interested in and work with that. Your much more likely to stay focused and complete the project. Also, you know something about the subject and the issues involved.
