How to Access data in a .pdb file in netbeans

Hi, I'm trying to read data from a protein .pdb file in the netbeans IDE. I have imported a sample .pdb file in my project and want to simply implement a getInputStream class in my main program to access the data. I'm getting an error which states, "Got an IOException error. The system cannot find the file specified." What am I missing?
