Please, do you know, how to implement RSA/ECB/Pkcs1Padding encryption with non-exportable private key in CryptoAPI, when I have only a handle to my private key? The result should be exactly the same as java Cipher implementation of this algorithm. Java gives me always exactly the same output, CryptoAPI always different. Signing in CryptoAPI works fine, but this form of encryption doesn't.
