How do i add the Web Browser control to my Toolbox?

    Hi,

I have come again...Its been a while. I have this VB6 project i'm maintaining. I started having issues with a picturebox that ought to be a web browser. I now looked at my toolbox and saw it had no web browser control. Please tell me which component or reference to add to my project/toolbox so that it works.

    Thanks in advance guys.

    click Project/Components

    Locate Microsoft Internet Controls
Check the checkbox next to it and click OK

    Hi Hack,

    Thanks for the help.
I just did that but i got an error message that a certain ieframe.dll/1 could not be found. I examined the C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder and saw it there however. What could be the problem?

IE7 is the problem, thats what.

That is what you are using isn't it?

That is a very very common error that has been fixed in next version of IE

If you are going to stay with IE7 then have a look at this:

It needs to be added as a reference (Project>References).
