Java
Can someone please give me a Java-based application example with file access and file processing methods appropriate for e-business.

Pretty tall order ... what's your definition of "appropriate for e-business"? Sounds like an extensive amount of work to just be giving to someone ...
Do you need some help with identifying what classes might be available to you to help you implement this? Help in identifying what specifications would meet the need for the result to be "appropriate for e-business"? Some help in understanding file access and/or file handling/reading/processing, etc? You'll be able to find people who will spend some time with you on these questions. I doubt anyone would write such a thing for you.
