    Java Passing Data To Classes

Hey, I have a fairly basic problem I believe but can't seem to figure it out.

What I have is a basic Multi Client Single Server architecture with socket and socket server now all the examples the client recieves the data in the same spot it outputs it. What I want is to recieve the data figure out what the **** it actually is and send it off to the proper class but I'm not sure how to do this since the other class will already be instantiated in another place.

I think my answer may lie with static methods and variables but if someone can deny or confirm that and kinda show me an example that would be great.

    Thanks,
    Ty

Found my solution, they will be connected through a central class anyway so I can just use a middle man so to speak.

    Thanks,
    Ty

P.S. the **** was not the sh or f word (: lol.
