Referential Integrity Degrading Database Performance
You probably know about the mechanism for enforcing business rules in Oracle
databases called referential integrity, which is implemented via foreign key
(FK) constraints that are supported by corresponding indexes. What you may
not know is that severe performance problems can result when FK constraints
aren't indexed. If you're interested in learning how to avoid performance
