i have an idea to find if two human picture are same or not
if i can compare i want to view on the picture stars where is the point in the picture are same
knowing i had compare between two picture in 2D
note:
i want human picture not others these means need 3D comparing and Analysis of the skull to find the same pixels
i hope do this by using vb.net not others
any help there
