Looking for source code for VBDotComSubClassLib.ocx

I am building a small application using a tree view. I found an example application that uses VBDotComSubClassLib.ocx by Michael Culley to disable nodes in the tree view.

I would like to use this function in my application, but also want to see how Michael Culley accomplished it. Does anyone know where I can get the souce code? The place where I got the library said to get it at www.vbdotcom.com but the site is no longer in existance.

Where did you find the OCX? Is there any place on that site to contact the author?

Nothing in the OCX. I have tried a couple of things, including contacting the author of the project that utilitized this component.

Still unable to locate the source code. Any one else by chance have it or know where to contact the author?
