Text files to Oracle

Hi,
I have to find out the most efficient way to import text files to Oracle
or even find out if it is possible. Some way to look for text file and after
import. Somebody have any idea to do that.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

If you want to load a CLOB check out:

on the oracle web site. You have to join OTN first but it is free.
