Unable to Update the Dependencies of the Project

When I launch VS and open my project then start debugging I get an error that says 'Unable to update the dependencies of the project'. But when I immediately run the debugger again, the error does NOT show up. It usually only happens on the first run of the day. The error seemed to show up when I added a setup file to my project. Although it doesn't prevent me from doing anything, it's quite annoying. Does anyone know what's causing it?

    Hi rrjii.

I had this one a couple of years ago. A 'Clean solution', under the Project menu, solved the problem for me.

But it seems that it does not work for everybody.

There is a bug report on that problem on the Microsoft web site, and many programmers have posted their solution:

    Good Luck
