I am getting the below error when I click the login button in my web page. I have tried adding ASPNET user, giving him access to the web folder. I have tried re-registering from cmd prompt microsoft.net/framework/version 1.1. I have spend 2 days now trying to find out a solution. Could anyone please help me?

I am running .net 1.1 and 2.0 (visual studio 2003 & 2005) on the same machine. I have checked telnet 127.0.0.1 42424 and it is listening.

I am using windows XP Pro 2002 Service pack 3.
