Help in Java project about sip(session initiation protocol) softphone

first of all it's my first thread in this forum
so i wait help from you

my Final Year Project is Soft-phone based on SIP protocol and i want your help in what i need exactly to make this project using Java programming language

but i didn't talk about anyone write the code for me
1.because i'm new in java and i heard and search alot about JAIN
so i want to know what i need else pluse JAIN

2.i free to choose the programming language
what r u think JAVA or C# is better
and what about integration between them under .net frame work is this allow
i heard also about j#.net what about it is it like java or what ?

First you need to have understanding of what SIP is and you have to read more on JAIN-SIP, with these two in place, you will be on track
