Question Sending phone call via VB.NET

    All,

I am working on a demo project (VB.NET) for which I need to be able to call a phone and play a prerecorded message once the phone is answered. This company, http://www.voicent.com/devnet/docs/vbapi.htm, appears to offer a great solution to this problem, however, I have not yet been able to get their software functioning properly. (Their tech support is not as responsive as some of the better companies.)

Can anyone please point me to a simple (and preferably free or very low cost) solution to this problem? Ideally, the solution will expose an interface which takes as inputs the phone number and a pointer to the audio file (or even better, offers on-the-fly text-to-speech conversation.)

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I am doing a development according to a sample program: http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/p_184-vb...code-voip.html

It is not quite the thing you are after but there are guides for Call Center or other kind of developments.

Hope you will find a solution that will be suitable for your needs.
