VoIP solutions

Hi Everyone,
I am PHD Sutdent on Computer Engeneering field and my thesis is VoIP SDK tools based on .NET programming.
I have found on the internet several great programs, they can make Autoresponde, voice recognition, change Speech to text or command line calling.
I wonder if you know a program which can do all these together. I have to prove these functions can be made by same time, same solution.

I am using an SDK called Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK according to the followings: http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/p_78-fla...ript-voip.html

You see I wanted to add a softphone solution to my webapplication and this SDK provided all the features I need.

I have also seen several other examples and I think this just might be the thing you are looking for.
