U need a QR Code reader and just search your needed one for a Java API.

At present, most barcode readers do not need and specification or API for them. They usually provide the value for the barcode to stidin. You just need to type them on a keyboard. That’s OK. Try that first.

Do you mean you want to create barcode for Java?
Java Barcode Generator Suite is provided in one single Java jar file. All supporting barcode symbology types are combined into the single jar file. The package is coming with Java class source code and Servlet applications.
Java Barcode Generator can be used on any platform with a Java Virtual Machine, including Windows, Linux, Unix, MacOS, Solaris, and HP/UX.
Hope it helps!

reply to QR Code in Java
This mature Java barcode library is just one of many but I note it because it has a developer guide. I didn't check the cost and just tried its free trial package. Guess you'll try it. BTW, on this site, you may also find a barcode reader solution.
