hi friends
here i would like to know that, sql server and oracle have any
compatability? or is there any tool to tarnfer data / data tables one to
another? can u please explain about this. or give me any reference to this.

I guess you will have to genreate scripts and amend them to run into for
e.g from sql to oracle.

Hi,
If you want to migrate data from SQL Server to Oracle, then Oracle Work Bench
might be the right tool for you. You can find info about Oracle WB at -
http://technet.oracle.com/tech/migra...h/content.html
And if you want to migrate data vice versa, you can use Data Transformation
Services (DTS). You can find info about DTS on Books Online (BOL).
