i'm working on a little jdbc library project and i'm looking at renewing books.Does
anyone know how i can implement this feature without getting wrong dates
like 33/5/2001( 33rd may) for instance?

Use the DATEADD T-SQL function. It would allow you to add a number of "date
parts" (ex: 2 weeks) to a date value.
