SQL Server and Windows 2000 Active Directory Server (MDC)

Can someone let me know if there are any issues with installing, or running
sql server on a 2000 Master domain controller?

I am not sure about any networking/compatiblity problems but you will get a
performance hit with the extra network traffic and extra memory usage.
