Sql Syntax for Backup

If it is possible, I would like to copy my full backup from local disk drive
to a local tape drive...is this possible? Can you provide the syntax for
this please? Are there any negative implications to doing this? Thanks

I think the best way is use Backup Software that points to your local files,
you have to take care that the two proceses are not concurrent.
