I am writing a procedure that among other data, needs to return a date based
on a certain condition. If the condition is satisfied the date is returned,
if not, I need to return a null or empty date. I am trying to pass Null but
I am receiving errors. What is the correct way to return a null date from
a procedure. I am using SPL, not 4GL.
