Wrapper in .NET

Is any one know how to create wrapper around the object in .NET?

If you mean some sort of COM object, just add a reference to the object
(right click on References in Solution Explorer), or in case with controls,
right click in Toolbox, Customize Toolbox.. and select your controls.
