comes in plain text or HTML. It's free, too.

Every week they focus on a programming topic, usually a new technology. There's
a site of the week, a download of the week, and links for about 20 different
programming topics, like ASP.NET, C#, Java, Linux, Perl, Scripting, Software
Engineering, SQL, Web Services, VB/VB.NET, and XML.
