(XML- - - )xml parsing error.

Hi
I am trying to parse an xml file which is as follows.
as I am new to xml I am not getting what is the error.
can any one help me.

I'm no expert, but I believe you will need to wrap a beginning and end tag
around the whole thing. Something like
